The Get Down Kids Coming to Itunes Feb. 27

The Get Down Kids (TGDK) will be releasing their new EP on Itunes Feb. 27, 2010. The online release occurs just one day after the band has their cd release party in Winfield, AL on 26th. The music will be available throughout all of Itunes including the U.S. , Canada, Japan, Mexico, Australia/New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

TGDK are also releasing their music on several other online music platforms such as Zune, Napster, Amazon MP3, Shockhound and MySpace Music.

Marshall Craig, TGDK lead vocalist, hopes to reach as many fans as possible as well as those who haven’t heard TGDK before.

“We want to release this(cd) through as many online distribution channels as possible to hopefully facilitate the listening of our music to fans all over the world,” Craig said. “We hope this EP opens the eyes and ears of the listeners and gives them something they can relate to. We want to inspire them to think and reflect about the lives they lead and the world around them.”
